DAAISY (launching in March 2026)

Daaisy is a conversational AI agent grounded on the ACT Land and Planning Body of Knowledge, supported by the computing power of one of the general AI services (like Gemini or ChatGPT).  

She uses RAG technology to improve accuracy and relevance, and also integrates the ACT's geospatial data (which other general AI services cannot).

DA Assist (coming soon)

DA Assist combines artificial and human intelligence to support members of the community who wish to lodge a complying development application in the ACT. 

DA Assist will help find government strategies, policies and rules, understand what consultant reports will be needed, and frame arguments for a development in appropriate outcomes-based language.

SiteScout aggregates many layers of open, market and proprietary data into a mapping platform to deliver location intelligence.

This data driven approach will generate unique intelligence about the development, planning, and use case contexts for a specific site, group of sites, or a precinct.

SiteScout will identify value in land for users at all scales.
