Belconnen Soccer Club had inadvertently accrued over many years an unfortunate number of minor and major lease breaches which were - under contemporary government enforcement regimes - threatening the viability of the club.
Urban Intelligence's Director of Operations and Partnerships worked closely with Purdon's planners to advocate for the Club's position within the ACT Government and improve the government’s understanding of the particulars of the club’s problem and developed with them a pathway for the rectification of those lease issues, which colleagues at Purdon saw through.
