Urban Intelligence's Director of Strategy and Analytics was subcontracted as a Strategic Adviser to support the design, development, and implementation of a strategic planning framework for the Corporate Operations Group (COG). Specific deliverables included: engagement of EL to SES level staff to illicit actions to enable strategy implementation, developing and managing a project to implement seven streams with 62 actions for a one-year bridging strategy which was held to account through an SES level project board, supporting the development of a COG service catalogue and service management framework, designing and commencing an insights capability within COG using administrative data, and establishing an objective key result plus results logic performance management framework.
