The Urban Intelligence team worked with an SES working group, and engineering experts to develop an ex-ante TBL impact assessment of options to replacement of a 6,000 VET student campus. The assessment compared and contrasted land, facility, function, and community uses at six sites in two different regions. The assessments included quantitative regional comparisons (demographics, industry, and socio-economic factors), site comparison (land, buildings) and potential extensions. The assessment developed Cabinet decision making inputs, including specific recommendations to maximise TBL outcomes at a site and regional level.
